Ricardo Zeschitz, founder of Mountain View Vocational Institute LLC, began his education in business administration at the Instituto Tecnologico de Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico and finished at the University of Texas at El Paso with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He received certification from the International Driving School and qualified for his Commercial Driver License which he used in the oil fields. With the desire and vision to continue adult education for academic, occupational, professional, and cultural enhancement, he opened Mountain View Vocational Institute, LLC.
