We're committed to providing reasonable accommodations so every student can access our programs, activities, and facilities. If you have a disability that may affect your training, we want to work with you.

Extended Testing Time

Students with documented learning disabilities may qualify for extended time on written and practical examinations.

Accessible Facilities

Both our El Paso and Alamogordo campuses are ADA-compliant with accessible parking, entrances, restrooms, and training areas.

Modified Equipment Training

We work with individual students to adapt hands-on training components where possible to accommodate physical limitations.

Alternative Formats

Course materials are available in large print, digital, or audio formats upon request for students with visual impairments.

Sign Language Interpreting

Qualified ASL interpreters can be arranged for Deaf or hard-of-hearing students. Please request at time of enrollment.

Flexible Scheduling

Students managing chronic illness or disability-related medical appointments may be eligible for flexible attendance arrangements.

How to Request Accommodations

Contact our enrollment team at the time of application or as soon as your need becomes known.

Provide documentation of your disability from a licensed healthcare provider (medical records, IEP, or psychoeducational evaluation).

Our accommodations coordinator will meet with you to discuss appropriate and reasonable accommodations.

Approved accommodations will be documented and shared with your instructors before your program begins.
