Support while you're in training
One-on-one instructor support
Instructors work directly with you during hands-on training. If something isn't clicking, you get individual attention, not a referral.
Skills assessments and progress check-ins
Regular practical assessments keep us honest about where you are. If you're behind on a skill, you get extra help before moving on.
Online theory support
Get help with the online coursework directly through our learning platform so you can move through the material with confidence.
Coaching and development for every student
Support is not an add-on. It is part of the program. From language help to leadership coaching, you graduate with the skills to perform on the job — not just pass a test.
ESL classes built into the curriculum so language support is part of your program, not a separate course.
Management and leadership coaching covering crew leadership, job-site communication, and conflict resolution.
Accommodations that keep you on track, with a plan worked out if something is making it harder to graduate.
Mentorship, study skills, and test prep paired with mentors and resources to help you pass certification exams.
If life interrupts, you can come back and finish.
We know trade students don't always have a smooth runway. If something happens, you can pause and return to complete your program. That's part of the support, not a separate program.
